Bylaws Committee Report

The Committee answered a number of questions pertaining to the revised bylaws approved at the 1999 annual meeting.  A number of institutions have, for the first time, been allowed to induct international students into their OKU chapters. 

The committee reviewed the existing bylaws of the  Mu Mu Chapter at the University of Texas, Houston.  This document largely represents a revision of the existing by-laws that are presently in-force.  These bylaws were conditionally approved pending a minor revision regarding the number of Honorary Members who can be inducted in any given year.

The committee also reviewed the bylaws submitted by the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine (Chi Psi Chapter).  The submitted document is consistent with the bylaws of the Supreme chapter and were approved by the committee.
