Supreme Chapter         Volume XLII         October 2007

The winner of the 2007 Chapter Award is Mu Mu Chapter at The University of Texas Dental Branch At Houston.

Mu Mu Chapter is an extremely active chapter. In order to keep its many members appraised of their various events and programs Mu Mu Chapter employs the use of internet enabled technology at blackboard.com. 

Mu Mu Chapter awards ten (10) $1,000 scholarships to first year dental students to defray the cost of educational expenses.

Mu Mu Chapter has created a short-term interest free emergency student loan program at the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston.

And finally, Mu Mu Chapter recently sponsored a university wide reception following the dedication of a Texas Medical Center street named in honor of a past dean and founder of the Texas Medical Center, Dr. Frederick Elliott. 

For these many accomplishments the Supreme Chapter is pleased to recognize Mu Mu Chapter as the 2007 recipient of the Chapter Award.
